Russell is goofy and energetic. Because he has grown up in the kennel, he needs someone who is patient and willing to work with him on training. He is very outgoing and happy to meet new people. Russell is good with other dogs as long as there is a proper, slow introduction. Once he is used to a new dog, he is perfect with them, it just takes time. He prefers larger dogs. Because of his energy level, he needs a home without cats or small children.

Two months ago, Nova was shy and scared. Now, she is the center of attention as soon as visitors arrive in the shelter’s cat room. She runs up immediately asking for attention. She loves to gently place her paws on you as if politely asking to be petted. She gets along great with other cats. Nova would love a home where she could bird watch, nap and get lots of love from her family.
