HICKORY, NC — Rich Duncan, a humorist, will present “Laughter is the Best Medicine” at the Nov. 26 meeting of Adult Children of Aging Parents.
The group will meet from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at Mt. Olive Lutheran Church fellowship hall, 2780 N. Center St., Hickory
Through storytelling, Duncan will share comedy and strategies for coping with stress, help participants recognize humorous moments in caregiving, remind them to look for the humor in the unexpected and help them learn strategies for coping through hope, love and laughter.
